Behind the answers

What the Apple chatbot can use

This independent RAGForge demo shows how a chatbot can answer questions from a collection of documents. It covers Apple products, prices, documented accessory compatibility and selected device-help topics. It is not an Apple service or an Apple support agent.

Product and Store pages

We captured public pages from Apple’s US and French websites on 26–27 September 2026. The retail archive contains 7,671 canonical pages across 32 core product families, including configuration pages, Apple-sold accessories from Apple and other brands, and service information.

The searchable collection includes Store family pages, product configurations, accessories, technical specifications and product or service overviews. We retain the raw source pages privately so that we can improve extraction without downloading them again. Coverage is broad, but does not establish every possible configuration or current stock.

Prices and availability

US prices are recorded in USD and French prices in EUR. They are observations from the capture dates, not live quotes or currency conversions. Starting prices, configuration prices and financing payments are different figures. Check the linked Apple page for the final price and availability before buying.

Apple Support

The demo includes 89 selected English and French Apple Support articles discovered through Mac, iPhone, iPad, Watch, AirPods and iCloud help pages. This is a starter collection, not all of Apple Support. Some devices and procedures are not covered.

What it cannot access

The chatbot uses your submitted question and this saved collection. It cannot browse live websites, inspect your device, access your Apple account or personal files, make purchases, or contact Apple. Each question is independent, so repeat the relevant product and context in follow-up questions.

Generated answers can miss relevant information or misinterpret a source. Follow the citations to check important details. Questions, answers and retrieval diagnostics may be reviewed privately to improve the demo; see the privacy notice for retention and service providers.
